This week’s mindfulness exercise is very simple. Take one hour out of your week and listen to this awesome talk by Jon Kabat-Zinn, the guy who introduced mindful meditation to the west. I have listened twice, and i will listen again. There is so much to take in and so much wisdom here. It really is inspirational. Let me know what you think.
