Awesome Mindfulness With Jon Kabat Zinn

This week’s mindfulness exercise is very simple.  Take one hour out of your week and listen to this awesome talk by Jon Kabat-Zinn, the guy who introduced mindful meditation to the west. I have listened twice, and i will listen again. There is so much to take in and so much wisdom here. It really is inspirational. Let me know what you think.

    Still watching the video, but I’m enjoying it. I’d read his book a couple of years ago, and it was good information. I’ve been meditating for over 10 years, but I think we should all approach it as beginners every day so we don’t fall into a routine and begin to think we’ve become experts. Beginner’s mind for life :)

      Jon is great. He’s very eloquent and very good at communicating mindfulness. Beginners mind for life indeed. Even though I teach and write about mindfulness I always make the point that I am simply passing on what I have been taught by my teachers, and that I learn new things every day.
