Full Catastrophe Living (Jon Kabat-Zinn)
Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Full Catastrophe Living is a mindfulness Bible of sorts. It is full of wisdom and backed up by research-based evidence. He beautifully describes the magic of mindful living and how this greatly benefits those living with chronic illness, pain and stress.
Jon goes into great detail about the mindfulness stress reduction program and includes many stories of success from past participants. When I first read this in 2008 I noticed a big shifts in my approach to life. I highly recommend this to anyone dealing with stress, depression, life fatigue, pain or chronic illness.
